Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how T2 Digital Solutions uses cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, embedded media, and similar technologies on https://t2digitalsolutions.com. It should be read with the Privacy Policy. The actual technologies used on this site must be inventoried before this sample is approved.
1. Who operates this site
T2 Digital Solutions operates this website and is responsible for the choices described in this policy. Contact: hello@t2digitalsolutions.com, [mailing address], [telephone if applicable].
2. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Local storage keeps information in the browser without a traditional cookie. Pixels, tags, software development kits, and embedded content may also read or transmit information. In this policy, cookies includes these similar technologies unless a distinction is stated.
3. Categories used by this site
- Necessary: security, navigation, form operation, session continuity, and storage of privacy choices. These cannot be disabled through the preference panel.
- Functional: optional site features and remembered preferences.
- Analytics: aggregate measurement used to understand visits, performance, and content usefulness.
- Marketing and external media: third-party videos, maps, social content, advertising, or measurement that may create identifiers or receive activity data.
4. Current services and providers
Create a factual inventory before publishing. For each service, name the provider, category, purpose, cookie or storage key, information collected, duration, recipient, and policy link. This starter can delay Google Analytics until analytics consent and delay YouTube or Vimeo until marketing consent, but those services are not necessarily enabled. Delete services the deployed site does not use and add every service it does use.
5. Your choices
Where enabled, visitors can accept all optional categories, reject optional categories, or make category-level choices. The Cookie settings control can later change or withdraw a choice. Withdrawal applies going forward and cannot undo processing that already occurred with valid permission. Browser controls may also block or delete cookies but can affect site functions.
6. Browser privacy signals
If enabled in the compliance settings, the preference system treats a recognized Global Privacy Control signal—and optionally a Do Not Track signal—as a request to disable optional categories. Confirm whether this behavior meets the requirements that apply to the organization and document any separate sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising process.
7. Consent records and retention
The site stores a consent record in the visitor’s browser. It can include the policy version, category choices, timestamp, expiry, and whether a recognized privacy signal was present. Set an appropriate expiry and update the policy version when a material change should request consent again. Provider cookies may have separate durations that must be listed in the service inventory.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when technologies, providers, or requirements change. We will revise the Last updated date and, when appropriate, request choices again. Questions or requests may be sent to hello@t2digitalsolutions.com or [full mailing address]. Add any required representative, data protection officer, regulator, or appeal information.
