Accessibility Statement

T2 Digital Solutions wants https://t2digitalsolutions.com to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities. This sample is not evidence of conformance. Replace its placeholders and claims with the results of real testing and remediation.

1. Accessibility goal

Our current goal is to meet [identify the applicable standard, such as WCAG 2.2 Level AA] for [identify the pages, products, documents, and applications in scope]. A goal is not a claim of full conformance. State a conformance level only when supported by a current, appropriately scoped evaluation.

2. Measures we take

Measures may include assigning accessibility responsibility; including accessibility in design, content, development, and procurement; providing descriptive labels and text alternatives; supporting keyboard navigation and visible focus; testing contrast, zoom, reflow, motion, forms, errors, and assistive technology; training contributors; and tracking remediation. Keep only measures the organization actually performs.

3. Accessibility preferences

This site may provide optional controls for larger text, increased contrast, emphasized links, and reduced motion. These browser-level preferences supplement accessible design and do not repair inaccessible content, certify compliance, or replace testing with disabled people and assistive technologies.

4. Known limitations

List each known barrier, affected content or function, available workaround, remediation owner, and expected resolution date. Items requiring verification may include older PDFs, third-party scheduling or payment tools, embedded maps or videos, missing captions or transcripts, and externally supplied content. Do not state that there are no known issues without a current evaluation.

5. Compatibility and technical requirements

Document the browsers, operating systems, assistive technologies, device orientations, zoom levels, and input methods included in testing. Note supported technology assumptions without using them to exclude reasonable access needs.

6. Testing and assessment

The site was last evaluated on [date] by [internal team, qualified external evaluator, user testing group, or combination]. The review covered [scope] using [manual keyboard review, screen readers and versions, zoom and reflow, automated tools, contrast checks, mobile testing, and user testing]. Automated scores alone are not a complete accessibility evaluation.

7. Feedback and assistance

If you encounter a barrier or need information in another format, contact [accessibility@example.com], [telephone or relay-compatible option], or [mailing address]. Please identify the page or feature, the problem, the requested format or assistance, and a preferred response method. Do not require unnecessary disability information.

8. Response, escalation, and maintenance

We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within [number] business days and provide a substantive response or status update within [number] business days. If unresolved, contact [escalation contact] and add any required grievance or enforcement process. Review this statement after material site changes, testing, significant feedback, or changes to applicable requirements.
